The Story

The idea of this shoot was conceived through a hybrid muse within the patterns of Frances Hodgson Burnett’s “The Secret Garden” and Alexander McQueen’s explosively gorgeous and intense designs. The violets are reflected with subtle polish from the orchids onto the model’s face and the blood orange of daisies are powdered onto her eyelids. Drift off into fantasy with Le Jardin des Espirit.

The Photoshoot

It’s always a pleasure to work with photographer, Nina Villanueva. Two years after we had done our first conceptual shoot, she opened her own studio called ENVY Photography + Creative Studio in Makati, Philippines so I dropped by to do a photoshoot with her and support the soft opening. With models, Rhiannon Halley and Erika Yuseco and my sister and mom as assistants (or active participants I should say), here is “Le Jardin Des Esprits” (Garden of Spirits). shed by a breeze.
